## **Chair's Report – C.A.T.S Club**

Firstly, I would like to thank every member, volunteer, committee member, instructor, and supporter who has contributed their time, energy, and enthusiasm to the club. Your commitment is what keeps C.A.T.S Club thriving and ensures we continue to provide a welcoming, enjoyable, and supportive environment for everyone.

Over the past year, the club has continued to grow and develop. We have welcomed new members, maintained strong participation across our activities, and worked hard to ensure that the club remains a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable place for all.

Our committee has met regularly throughout the year to oversee the smooth running of the club, manage finances responsibly, and plan for future activities and improvements. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to every committee member for their dedication and willingness to volunteer their time. Their support behind the scenes often goes unseen but is greatly appreciated.

We have enjoyed a successful programme of club activities, training sessions, and social events, which have strengthened our sense of community and provided opportunities for members to develop their skills and build friendships. It has been wonderful to see members supporting one another and contributing to the positive atmosphere that makes C.A.T.S Club so special.

I would also like to acknowledge our staff and volunteers, whose expertise and encouragement have helped the children achieve their personal goals throughout the year. Their commitment to maintaining high standards while making activities enjoyable is invaluable.

Looking ahead, our priorities remain to continue growing membership, encourage greater volunteer involvement, maintain our financial stability. We will continue to look for ways to improve our facilities, expand our activities where possible, and ensure the club remains sustainable for years to come.

Finally, I would like to thank everyone who has supported C.A.T.S Club over the past year. Whether you have volunteered, attended events, served on the committee, or simply participated in club activities, your contribution has made a real difference. I am proud of everything we have achieved together, and I look forward to another successful year for C.A.T.S Club.

Thank you.

Lucy Arkwell
