**Objects:** (1) TO RELIEVE POVERTY  BY THE PROVISION OF QUALITY AFFORDABLE FURNITURE AND HOUSEHOLD GOODS TO MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WHO ARE IN NEED.(2)  TO CONDUCT RESEARCH AND COLLECT INFORMATION IN ORDER TO EDUCATE THE COMMUNITY ABOUT THE ECONOMIC, SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL BENEFITS OF RE-USE AND RECYCLING AND THE REDUCTION OF POLLUTION AND PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT THAT RESULTS FROM THESE ACTIVITIES.(3)  TO CONSERVE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT BY THE PROMOTION OF SUSTAINABLE WASTE MANAGEMENT PRACTICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BEST PRACTICABLE ENVIRONMENTAL OPTION.(4) TO RELIEVE UNEMPLOYMENT BY IMPROVING THE EMPLOYABILITY OF DISADVANTAGED INDIVIDUALS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF WORK PLACEMENT, TRAINING AND VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES.THE AREA OF BENEFIT IS ENGLAND AND WALES

**Activities:** Provision of refurbished household items at affordable cost to people on low incomes.Provision of work experience and training opportunities to disadvantaged individuals including long-term unemployed and economically inactive people.  Provision of volunteering opportunities.  Education about the importance of pursuing a sustainable lifestyle through repair, re-use and recycling.
