Extending the provision of facilities and activities for young people and the elderly, particularly within the areas of Sparkbrook and Balsall Heath
Objects: To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants, Primarily But Not Exclusively The African Caribbean Community Of Sparkbrook And Surrounding Areas (Hereinafter Called " The Area Of Benefit") Without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Of Political Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating The Local Authorities, Voluntary Organisations And Inhabitants In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interest Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation With The Objects Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants:to Establish Or Secure The Establishment Of A Community Centre (Hereinafter Called "The Centre") And To Maintain And Manage, Or To Co-Operate With Any Local Statutory Authority In The Maintenance And Management Of Such A Centre For Activities Promoted By The Company And Its Constituent Bodies In Furtherance Of The Above Objects.the Provision, Maintenance Or Improvement Of A Public Park Or Other Public Amenity In The Vicinity Of A Landfill Site, Where IT Is For The Protection Of The Environment.the Maintenance, Repair Or Restoration Of A Building Or Other Structure, Which Is A Place Of Religious Worship, Or Is Of Historic Or Architectural Interest And Which Is Open To The Public, Where IT Is For The Protection Of The Environment.
