**Objects:** 1) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE OF NORTH YORKSHIRE PARTICULARLY THROUGH PHYSICAL EXERCISE AND INSTRUCTION IN THE ART OF SWIMMING AND RELATED ACTIVITIES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE2) THE PRESERVATION OF HUMAN LIFE BY TEACHING AND PRACTICE OF SWIMMING, WATER SAFETY, LIFE SAVING, RESUSCITATION OR SURVIVAL IN THE WATER.

**Activities:** Teaching, development and practice of swimming, open water swimming and water safety (and where appropriate, competing), whether as a sport, leisure pastime or for physical health or mental wellbeing.  Activities are inclusive, regardless of age and ability, from teaching swimming strokes to the development of technique and competitive coaching in the Borough of Scarborough and surrounding area.
