Respective responsibilities of trustees And examiner
The charity's trnst¢¢s are r¢sponsibl¢ tor th¢ preparation of the accounts. The charity's trustees consider that an
audit is noi required for this year (under Section 144(2) of the Charitie% Act 2011 (the 2011 Act)) and that an

exarnine the account% under S¢ction 145 of the 2DI I Aci

- lo slaie whelher p8rtiLular matters have Lume lo my attention.
Basis of the independent examiner's reporl
My examination was caTried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commission.
An examinaiion includes a review of the accouniing records kept by the charity and a comparison of the

underraken do not proi'ide all the evidence that would be required Ln an audir, and con.gequ¢ntly opinion is
given as lo whether the accounts present a 'true and tair view ' and the report 14 limited io ihose matterts set out
in the slaiem¢nts b¢low.
Independent examiner's statement
In ¢onn¢¢tion with my examination, no matt¢r has come to my attention:
( l ) which gives me reasonable Cause to believe that, in any material respecL the requiremen

- to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and to comply with the accounting
requirement8 of the 2011 Act have not been met, or
