Respeetive responsibilitie5 of trustees and examiner
The charity's trustees are reswnsible for ihe preparation of the accounts. The charity's frnstees consider that an
audit is not required for thÉs year (under Section 144(?) of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act)) and that an
independeiit ex￿￿&￿ation li reqttired. It 1> mj" reiPOThiÉb.'lity" to:
examine the accounts under Section 14) of the ?0 I l Act
- to follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions oiven by the Charity Commission (under
Section 145(5Mb) of the ?0 I l Act)=. and
io slalf>iwhether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of the independent examiner's report
My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Chartty Commission.
An examination includes a review of the accountino records kept b) the charity and a comparison of the
accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosure.s in the

undertaken do not provide all the evldence tha( would be required in an audiL and CODsequentlJ' no opinion is
given as to whether the acrounts present a 'true and fair vieiv ' and the report 15 limited to those matters set out
in the statements below.
Independent exalniner's statement
In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention"
{ l) which gives me re150nable cause to believe that, in any matertal respect, tbe requirements
to keep accouniing records in accordance ￿'1(h Section l JO of the 201 l Act= and
- to prepare accounls which accord with the accounting records and to COTnply with the accountin(v
