**Objects:** THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS ARE TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OFHEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS IN PARTICULAR, BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN PRESTON & DISTRICT AND SURROUNDING AREAS.

**Activities:** To provide free confidential impartial advice, assistance and information to the communitires of Preston and District regardless of gender, sexuality, marital status, religion, race and disability.   The Bureau provides a generalist service from its main Bureau in Birley Street, outreach advice services at 11 community based sites and specialist money advice.
