**Objects:** (1) THE PROMOTION AND PRESERVATION OF GOOD HEALTH AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE IRRESPECTIVE OF THEIR SEX, RACE, POLITICAL OR RELIGIONS BELIEFS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A FREE AND CONFIDENTIAL COUNSELLING SERVICE PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY WITHIN THE AREA COVERED BY THE EAST MIDLAND REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT AGENCY (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE AREA OF BENEFIT).(2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT BY THE PREVISION AND PROMOTION OF TRAINING FACILITIES AND COURSES.

**Activities:** The principle activities are:Counselling young people using volunteer counsellors working in schools and youth centres.Training volunteer counsellors in-house and using external trainers.Training school staff in relevant issues.Training young people in schools.
