**Objects:** TO PROVIDE A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF KNARESDALES WITH KIRKHAUGH IN THE COUNTY OF NORTHUMBERLAND (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE AREA OF BENEFIT") WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING  USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** Our new Community Hall opened in January 2010 and has operated successfully for the benefit of the community since then. The Charity is now concerned with the running of the hall having completed it's main objective of raising the funds for construction.
