**Objects:** (I) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO PUPILS/STUDENTS IN BENEFICIARY SCHOOLS IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT;(II) TO RELIEVE POVERTY BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL RESOURCES TO THOSE IN NEED IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT. THE AREA OF BENEFIT IS CAMEROON.

**Activities:** The key objectives of the Trust are(i) to widen educational opportunity by providing funds to cover the full or partial cost of fees for selected pupils / students in beneficiary schools in Cameroon;(ii) funds will support high achievers but the majority will be purely on the basis of financial need.(iii) The Trust may also provide funds to support local development efforts.
