To give children and young people of all abilities regardless of race, disability; gender, cultural background or sexual orientation from within the geographical boundaries of the league an opportunity to enhance their lives by providing a safe and fun environment for them to learn, develop and express themselves through their participation in football.
Objects: To Provide Children Of School Age In The Home Counties And Greater London With Facilities For Playing Football With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life.
