As the Trustees of the Charity, you aTe responsible for the preparation of its accounts in accordance with the
reqiiirements of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act). I report upon my independent examination of the Charity's
acci)iints carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act, and in canying out my examination I have followed all
the applicable directions given by the Charity Conunission under section 145(5)(b) of 201 l Act.

ex2< mination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts
preiented with those records. It also includes considerdtion of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts,

providc all the evidence that would be required in an audiL and consequently no opinion is given as to whether
the accounts present a 'true and fair view, and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below.
Inilependent Examiner's statement:
In connection with my examinatio￿ no matter has come to my attention which gives me reasonable cause to
believe that in any material respect the requirements .
a) to keep accounting records in accordance witb section 130 of the 2011 and section 44(1) (a) of
the 2005 Act and Regulation 4 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations have not been met. or
b) to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply with the accounting
requirements of the 201 l Act and section 44(1) (b) of the 2005 Act and Regulation 8 of the 2￿6 Account8
Regulations have not been met ' or
c) to which, in my opinion, attention should be dravm in order to enable a proper understanding of the
accounts to be reached.

l. Accounting Policies
1.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements have b¢en prepared under the bistorical cost convention and in accordance with Financial
Reporting Standard 102 section IA Small Entities "The Financial Rewrting Standard applicable in the UK and
Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2(Mkn.
1.2. TurDover
Turnover is measured at the fair value of tbe consideration received or receivable, net of discounts and value added
taxes. Tumover includes revenue earn¢d from the sale of goods and from the rendering of services. Turnover is
reduced for estimated customer rettuns, rebates and other similar allowances.
IJ Sale of goods
Turnover from the sale of goods is recognised when the significant risks and rewards of ownership of the goods has
transferred to the buyer. This is usually at the point that the customer has signed for the delivery of the goods.
