**Objects:** TO RELIEVE ASYLUM SEEKERS AND REFUGEES IN NEED, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES BY SUCH CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES  SHALL DETERMINE INCLUDING THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, RELIEF OF POVERTY AND THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH.

**Activities:** Linking refugees and asylum seekers with local volunteers who assist them to make friends and connections (Welcome and Connect), to learn English (English at Home), to find respite from destitution (Hosting & Housing, Hardship Fund). We also run and update helpinleeds.com, newtoleeds.org and migrationpartnership.org.uk
