**Objects:** THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") IN THE AREA OF WEST KENT ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT") 1. TO ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER PART-TIME OCCUPATION AT HOLCOT, HILDERS LANE, EDENBRIDGE, KENT FOR PERSONS IN NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR AGE, YOUTH, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, POVERTY OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE. 2. TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF LOCAL (EDENBRIDGE AND SURROUNDING PARISHES) DISABLED AND/OR OTHERWISE GENERALLY DISADVANTAGED (BY WAY OF POVERTY OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES), CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES.

**Activities:** 1.  To support  the use of 'Holcot' as a group holiday/training venue to benefit disabled and/or disadvantaged children and young people.    2.  To run various Community Projects aimed at improving the lives of disabled/otherwise disadvantaged children and their families, living in the local area (West Kent general/Edenbridge and surrounding parishes in particular).
