To Advance Education By The Promotion, Encouragement, Improvement, Development, Maintenance, Understanding And Appreciation Of The Arts And Crafts In The Area; 3. To Encourage And Promote The Education Of Young People In The Principles And Practice Of Good Citizenship And Service To The Community.
