As Income for the year 1/1/23 to 31/12/23 was over £25,000. An Independent Examination of the accounts was undertaken, in accordance with Charity Commission stipulations. The examination was carried out by Mr. Michael Richter, Bank Manager at TSB Bank, Denton, Manchester. 

## SIGNIFICANT INCOME 

£11,950 from Sports England to deliver Summer Camp during the Summer Holidays £3,200 from Active Tameside to deliver Summer Camp during the Summer Holidays £2,500 from NHS to deliver the Brain Box project £988 from Action Together to deliver Tai Chi sessions 

We need to arrange new bank account signatories ASAP. RBS has closed in Manchester. However, we can use Nat West in Ashton.
