5ident5 are assessed by the Manager and Assistant Manager5 and a written care plan prTrluced for each ie5ident
with their apsyoval. and that of their family, Thi3 care plan 15 regulady reviewed and updatèd to ensure the Homg can

The charity's princpal fvnding Sour￿ rernains the accommoda*'on charges to rts rgwdents which saw 8n increase of
£60,619, wth income of£891,469 in 2025 and £830,850 in 2024.
Stsff costs, by far the krgtrst 8r88 of expeThJibJre, have in￿eased by £76,084 to £724.616 (note 101. rnainty due
to changes in employer5 NIC rates and thresholds 8nd well as In￿ase$ in NMW. Overall, th8 tr￿tee$ report a dèfiot
for the year of £10.409.

Resepffts at tho 8nd of the year amountsd tg £265.247. Thi5 includes fixed assets of £122,198, which are u5ad in the
activities of the charity. The net current assets in the unreslrictad fijnd available for use excluding tangib￿ fixed assets
total £143,049.
The trust￿$ telieve that for finantsal stability the net ctsff*nt assets shouPJ be at1088t three to six months expenditu￿,
approximately £225.000 - £450.000. The tnjstees bes￿Ve that this level ol ￿serVeS is required to protect a3ainst future
