It is the basis upon which<br>the club continues to introduce new teams at<br>the youngest age. The club is committed to<br>developing sports facilities in the local area.<br>Brearley Field has continued to be developed.<br>Over £6900.00 has been invested within this<br>accounting period.|

The club has maintained its<br>high level of recorded participation with 319<br>registered players and a further 20-30 children<br>involved in training and the U6s Saturday<br>Soccer club. The club has continued to develop<br>Brearley Field (a neglected sports field we have<br>a licence to use), providing the only non-<br>council run grass pitches in the Upper Calder<br>Valley|

The club has held additional<br>reserves in case parents are unable to pay<br>registration fees. A decision was made at the last<br>AGM to increase the subscription fee for the<br>following year to bring the club in line with the<br>fees charged byother local sportingclubs.|

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 30 June 2023. 

As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out  under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
