I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/12/2022.
- Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:

ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE During the year. the Charity has SucsSful[Y deSNered a Mosque Islamic EdUtKIn facility for local public that benefited over people on a weekty basis. The Charty also delivered a multrtude of Islamic Educalion talks for the public to increase their knowledge of Iskm and to build spiritualty. This benefftted over 200 people. The charty also delplered recrealional adivrties for young people on a weekty basis with over 30 young peopbe benefftiing. In addith)n, the tharity hosted severnl sooal meetings with kxal public. The trustees also provtyjed advice and guvJance to local rnembers of the publK.

The trustees consider that they are satisfpd that the thaiivs aclivtiies do benefrt the Publ as il is meeting an Mjeniifb1e need. The trustees have benefitted many members of the public by allowing them to condud their daity worship and to advan their edue2tion in Islam and builj spirituality, as well as provKde a factlty to meet their needs. FINANCIAL REVIEW TAYBAH CULTURE, COMMUNITY AND EDUCATION CENTRE had se(xJred funds from public donations and rental COrne totalliig £91,362 whith was higher than the previous year in¢ome of £78,725 mainly due to the gift aid recENed. These th)nated funds vftre generdl donations reIved at the Mosque pmiseS and donatK>ns for costs for buikjing work and related maintenance. During the year the charty had expenditure of £35.612 of ythi¢ empk)yment and contract payments comprised of£19.369. It generated a surplus of £55,750 during the period to support ilsfijture charitable expenditure. Apart from Ihe chanty property. the charity has unrestrNXed reserves (net of loans due) of £149.201 at the end of the period has been set aside for costs associated wrth the building exiension and refurbishment projed.
