We have also<br>been called out on 1 occasion to assist<br>Norfolk Lowland Search and Rescue.<br>We maintain and run 2 vehicles for the<br>charity’s use and pay rent of £5000 per<br>year for the lease of the land where our HQ<br>is sited.<br>We pay subscriptions for SARMAN, CUBE<br>and D4H as well as annual insurance<br>premiums including public liability<br>insurance.|

|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|The charity has been involved in 45<br>searches during the period of this report.<br>11 of the searches (Needham Lakes, Bury<br>St Edmunds, Ipswich, Long Melford,<br>Mildenhall, Ipswich River) continued into a<br>second day which means that we were<br>involved in searching for 29 vulnerable<br>people in 2022-23. The Charity has located<br>some high-risk vulnerable persons by direct<br>find and returned them to a place of safety<br>or back to their families. Our water team<br>had 2 deployments to support the Suffolk<br>Resilience Forum. We also responded to a<br>request for assistance from Norfolk<br>Lowland Search and Rescue team.<br>The Drone Team lead has been working<br>closely with Suffolk Constabulary and we<br>will soon be able to offer drone support to<br>search for medium risk vulnerable missing<br>people.<br>In addition, the provision of a professionally<br>trained volunteer search team releases<br>Police Officers for other Police duties thus<br>providing an indirect benefit to the<br>community.|

Our main fundraising event of the<br>year is the Santa’s sleigh in and around the<br>Mildenhall area.  This event raised just over<br>£5,000.00 in 2023.  We also raise money<br>by manning a stand at some of Suffolk’s|

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ("the Trust") for the year ended
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 {'the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
