**Objects:** THE CREW'S OBJECTS ARE TO TRAIN GIRLS AND YOUNG WOMEN IN BOATING AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES THEREBY ENCOURAGING THEM TO TAKE AN ACTIVE AND RESPONSIBLE ROLE IN SOCIETY.

**Activities:** We are a uniformed organisation to train girls and young women in a variety of boating and  nautical skills - both traditional and modern; service to our local community and outdoor activities.  Each young person will gain skills to widen their interests and enable them to take an active and responsible role in our society.
