**Objects:** THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") ARE TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE  FOR THE RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION OF THE INHABITANTS OF GUNTHORPE, NORFOLK AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FO THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** The Management Committee (Trustees) run the Village Institute for the benefit of the villagers and aim to offer a range of social activities on their behalf.  Fundraising activities take place regularly with the development of the hall's facilities as the primary aim in order that the Hall can continue to function as an integral part of a small rural village.
