**Objects:** TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITY OF THE BEACON ACTION AREA IN FALMOUTH IN SUCH WAYS THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY.  THE ADVANCEMENT OF PUBLIC EDUCATION AND THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE BEACON ACTION AREA IN FALMOUTH AND TO OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DECIDE.
