Objectives and Actlvlties
The PTA aims to advance the education of pupils at Robertswood School by fostering
effective relationships berween the school. parents. staff and the wider community. and
by providing facilities, equipment and activities that support the education and
wellbeing of pupils.
Achievements and Perforniance
During the year the PTA organised a number of successful fundraising events, including
the Summer Fair, Christmas Fair, Bingo Night and Panto Night Funds raised enabled the
PTA to contribute towards playground improvements. Forest School activities and
classroom resources for the benefit of pupil&
Financial Review
Total receipts for the year amounted to £48,567.17 (2024.. £48,801.41). Total payments
were £44,289.88 (2024.. £49.487.81). resulting in a surplus of £4.277.29. Cash ￿ndS at
30 September 2025 totslled £24.249.57 (2024: £19.972.28). Income comprised
fundraising events together with grant income and employer match ￿nding. No Gift Aid
income was received during the year. The surplus will be retained to support future
projects and activities that benefit pupils at Robertswood School.
Reserves Pollcy
The trustees aim to maintain sufficient unrestricted reserves to meet planned
expenditure and unforeseen commitments.

Responsibilltles and As the charty trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Acl
2011 {'the Acr).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in Carrying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(bl of the Act.
I have completed my examination I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention (other than that disclosed below ") in connection with
the examination which gbves me cause to believe that in, any material
respect:
