The trustees are responsibSe for keeping accounting records. which disclose with reasonable accuracy al any

taking reasonab]e steps for the prevenlion and detection of fraud and other irregularities.

is not required for Ihis year under the provisions of the Charltl•• Act 2022 ("the 2022 Acl-) and that an

Having satisfied mysew that charity is not subjecl lo audit and is eligible lor indep8fKlènt èxamination, it is
my responsibility to.
Examine the accounts In accordance with the requirements of the 2022 Act;
Follow the procedures set out in the general Directions issued by the Charty Commission
under the 2022 Act,. and

to provide a proper understanding ol the accounts.

My examinats'on was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission.
An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a companson of the
accounts presented with those records.11 also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in
the aco)unts and seeking explanalions from you as trustees conceming such maners. The procedures
undertaken do not provide all of the evidence thal would be required in an audit and consequentty no opinion
is gwen as to whether the accounts present a "true and fair Vie￿ and the report is limiled to those matter5 set
out in the statement below.

The princip81 accounling policies are sel oul below. The accounling policies have been adopted
consistently throughout the year.
•) Basls of accountlng
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and are in
accordance with th8 FRS102 Section 1A Small Enttlies. Accounting and Reporting by Charities kssued
March 2005 and applicable accounting standards.
b) Tangible Flxed Assets and Depreciatlon
Tangible fixed assets are induded in the balance sheet at cost or at market value at the date of the
gift.
Depreciation is calculated by referen￿ to the cost of fixed assets using a straight-line basis
considered appropriate to the expeded INes of the fixed assets. The annual rates of depreciation in
