Our purpose is to empower people experiencing mental health problems or emotional distress. We work towards the development & maintenance of a comprehensive mental health service that meets needs & aspirations, & promotes mental health awareness in our community.

Objects: Objects The charity’s ‘Objects’ are specifically restricted to the following: 1) To promote the preservation of good mental health in particular by enabling and empowering people experiencing ill mental health to live with, manage and recover from their condition. 2) To raise awareness of issues related to mental health, to promote understanding and to challenge stigma and discrimination. 3) To operate primarily within the region of West Essex, but also in other areas of the UK.
