basis of procedures specified in the General Directions given by the Charity
Commissioners under section 43(7)(b) of the Act, whether particular matters
have Come to my attention.

My examinalion was caffied out in accordance with the General Directions
given by the Charity Commissioners. An examination includes 8 review of
the accounting rccords k¢pt by th¢ charity and a comparison of Ihe accounts
presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any UTJUSual
items or disclosures in the a¢¢ounts. and s¢¢king explanations from you as
trustee5 concerning ally such matter5. The procedures undertaken do not
provide all the evidence that would b¢ required in an audit, and
consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the
accounts.
