**Activities:** A user led, rights based, self advocacy organisation run by and for adults with a learning disability. We run self advocacy groups, forum meetings, attend local, countywide and National consultation meetings. We provide 'Keep Safe' and 'Our Rights' training to people with a learning disability and staff. We operate in the area of Hertfordshire and the Eastern Region.
