**Objects:** THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED ARE TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE RESIDENT IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF ISLINGTON AND CAMDEN, BEING FACILITIES:-1. OF WHICH SUCH CHILDREN HAVE NEED BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES AND2.  WHICH WILL IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH CHILDREN BY PROMOTING THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL WELL BEING.

**Activities:** CYP has developed an innovative approach to working with children and young people and has become the main provider of youth services in the Caledonian and Barnsbury Wards. All activities are carefully planned to ensure that they are not simply diversionary, but act as a vehicle for focused work providing progression and helping young people to develop skills, access learning and provide pathways
