**Objects:** TO PROMOTE AND PROVIDE EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES TO PERSONS WITH OR RECOVERING FROM MENTAL ILL HEALTH AND/OR A LEARNING DISABILITY AND PERSONS WHO ARE CONSIDERED TO BE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED , TO ENABLE THEM TO TEST THEIR ABILITY TO UNDERTAKE MEANINGFUL OCCUPATION OR WORK, DEVELOP NEW SKILLS AND CHANGE THE DIRECTION OF THEIR LIVES.

**Activities:** the provision of education, training and employment opportunities to those with and recovering from mental ill health and/or a learning disability and the socially excluded. Opportunities are provided through a community re-use project involving the collection, refurbishment and redistribution of unwanted furniture and household goods and a horticultural project based on organic principles.
