THE DETECTION, DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT AND PREVENTION OF SICKNESS, IN PARTICULAR CANCER, IN PERSONS LIVING IN GLOUCESTERSHIRE, HEREFORDSHIRE, WORCESTERSHIRE AND THE WEST MIDLANDS, AND SUCH OTHER AREAS OF GREAT BRITAIN AND BY SUCH MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE, INCLUDING THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF EQUIPMENT; AND 2. TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION AND RESEARCH INTO METHODS OF DETECTION, DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT AND PREVENTION OF SICKNESS, IN PARTICULAR CANCER AND PUBLICATION OF ANY USEFUL RESULTS.

**Activities:** The Charity works, in collaboration with the National Health Service and other bodies, to prevent, detect, diagnose and treat or alleviate cancers and other life limiting disease/injury.  It does this by providing:1) funding to support local NHS oncological and allied services2) a Cancer Prevention and Education Service3) an MRI scanning service4) a PET-CT service5) funding of research
