The Chief Officer of the organisatton, who is highly capable and experienopd, and provides strong leadership to the team,

the recruitrnent of a Deputy Chief Officer to provide addrtional focus cin fundral8ing and business dev8lopm*nt. In addition.
there Is an experienced tealn of paid staff and volunt•ars who work to d8llv8r the services ottered by the charity. Key role
succession planning remains an area of focus, linked to development 8nd de￿oyMent of the organls8Uon's service model
and longer-term sustainability.
The senior management team rneel lo review perfonnance ag81nsl targets and the charftls financial position, and to
progrgss matters referred t¢ them by the trust8e board. Reports and r8ctsmmendations are thon taken lo the lull board for
approval, and implementats'on is organised by the Chief Officer and staff team. There are regul8r staff. volunteer and
