TO ASSIST THE GOVERNORS OF THE LANCASTER ROYAL GRAMMAR SCHOOL IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS THEREIN.
Objects: (1) The Trustees Shall Apply The Clear Income Of The Prizes Charity In Either Or Both Of The Following Ways:a) In The Award Of Prizes To Pupils Of The School In Recognition Of Their Academic, Artistic, Moral Or Physical Achievements And Thereby Further Their Education; Orb) In The Award To Such Pupils Who Are In Need Of Financial Assistance Of Exhibitions Tenable At Any University Or Other Institution Of Further (Including Professional And Technical) Education Approved By The Trustees(2) The Trustees May Provide For Any Award To Bear The Name Of The Donor Or Other Person Commemorated In The Original Title Of Any Endowment Contributed To The Prizes Charity
