OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES
The charity is esiablished 10 furiher those purposes both in the United Kingdorn and abroad
recognised as charilable by English Law and in furtherance of the aforemeniioned objects.
The ch￿1(Y i-eceives income n]ainly fiom charitable receipts, which it utilises in the provision and
distribution of grants and donations.
The charity's principle aciivily Ilii-oughout Ihe ycar was the provision and distribution of donations
and grants to oruanisation5, and no change is envisaged in the immediate future.
The governors (truslees) confii-m Iliat they have referred to the guidaT]ce contained in the Charity
Comtnission's iyeiieral uuidaiice on pisblic benefjt when reviewing Ihe charity's aitns and objectives
and in planning futurc activilie5 and setting the araDI making policy for the year.

FINANCIAL REVIEW
The financial results ot the chaiity'5 aciiviiies for the year to 31 Mai-eh 2025 are fully reflected in the

Reserve Policy
It is the policy of the ch￿L 'ily 10 mainl1< 111 uiireslricted funds, which iiiclude the free reserves of Ihe
charity, at a level which the uovernors (Iruslees) think appropriate, after considering the future
commiiment% of the charily and Ihe likely cost% of Ihe charity for the next yeai-.

Trustees have also had regard to donaiions received tollowing Ihe year end.
