Accounts have tN*n kept on a weekty basis for club and in our view every care has been
tak8n to account for all monies taken.
We re-opened the dub in September 2020 with a lot of restrictions imposed mainly by British
Gymnastics, wrth a view lo keep our members arKI coaches as safe as possible. One of the
main differences was a reducts'on in our membership. Our dasses were significantly reduced, to
125.
The coaches and children's temperatures were checked and hands sanitised at the entrance
door at the start of each session and all apparatus used was wiped down and sanitised after
each class. Despite the stringent restrictions. the club recovered and the parents, children and
coaches were happy to train under the new arrangements. BLrt then the country was in
lockdown again in November 2020. so the dub was again closed.
We r&opened for the last 3 weeks of the Autumn Tem on Monday P De￿rnber, hoping that
we would be able to start our Spring Term in January 2021. But of course as we all know.
another lockdown was imposed on us all and the club remained shut until after Easter 2021.
We are glad to say that since Monday 19th April 2021. we have been able to keèp the Club open
still with a reduced class S￿e. désptte SO￿ of our coaches being vaccinat&J, we still hav8 to
keep them as safe as possible.
The Club is affiliated to British Gymnastics. the Swih West Amateur Gymnastics Association
and Cornwall Amateur Gymnastics Association. The club complies with th8ir guidelines and
poli¢ies.
We have not been able to add to our higher interest bank account but it has been used to top up
our running costs such as our monthty rent and utilty bills.
We are pleased to report that the coach who was on matemty leave has r&joined us.
However, due to the reduction in class numbers we have taken the decision to redu￿ the
Saturday Recreational classes to 3 instead of 4 when we retum for our new gym year in
September this year.
This year the dub has again received a grant from our local Rednrth Charity Trust. It was
decided to ask for an inflatable springboard arKI replacement foam for 2 landing mats- a total of
£610.

We have had no serious incidents in our dub during this past financial year. No incidents of
serious
injury. The conditions of our Insurance are suth that these incidents of injury have to be
reported on
a regular basis to our insurers- Hixcox. This insurance is arraroed through Brits'sh Gymnastics.
