The aims and objectives of the charity remains the same for raising funds and purchasing early diagnostic and life preserving equipment to donate to National Health Service Hospitals. Financial assistance is provided to individuals where circumstances dictate.

Objects: For The Relief Of Sickness Of Persons With Meningitis And For The Protection And Preservation Of Public Health In Particular By Providing And Assisting In The Provision Of Equipment To Diagnose Meningitis And Septicaemia At National Health Service Hospitals, Provided That In So Doing The Trustees Shall Not Relieve Any Local Health Authority Or Health Service Trust Of Its Statutory Obligations.
