GOD'S HOUSE INTERNATIONAL CENTRE REDEEMED CHRISTIAN CHURCH OF GOD (Charity No 1090243)

Reports and Financial Statements Year ended 31ST MARCH 2025 Trustees Report

From the Chair, The Board of Directors.

This year has been remarkable, filled with numerous events, outreach initiatives, and strengthened partnerships with various churches and organizations in our local community, including Bristol, South Gloucestershire, the wider Southwest region, and even on an international level.

I take great pride in our emerging reputation as a vibrant multicultural church actively engaging with communities at local, national, and international levels. This reputation has been nurtured through our leadership, shared passion, and collaborations with like-minded churches, organizations, and individuals. Our dedication to prison ministry and international missions has been particularly prominent this year.

Our hall continues to effectively serve the community, remaining available for a variety of events such as training sessions, parties, funerals, weddings, and fitness activities, all on a cost-recovery basis. The unwavering support from our enthusiastic congregation has been crucial to the success of the refurbishment project, and I am immensely proud of our church and the individuals committed to advancing our mission.

As a charity, our team has been actively involved in both ongoing and new projects with a diverse range of groups within the local community and beyond. One of our primary focuses has been youth engagement, and we have made a significant impact on their lives. We will continue to support initiatives aimed at youth involvement in 2026.

Senior management has strategically realigned the objectives of other institutions they are part of to better reflect the needs of our diverse and expansive community, aligned with the God’s House International Centre Vision.

Our international mission is progressing steadily, with church planting and development initiatives in Botswana and Namibia, as well as partnerships with the Assemblies of God Mission in Sierra Leone. We aim to expand these initiatives to West Africa in 2026.

Our expanded board membership has introduced diversity and expertise that help shape GHIC for the future. Our weekly activities have significantly increased, fostering ongoing engagement with members and interested individuals. This year, our Music department produced a song that reached a considerable audience across our areas of interest.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the trustees for their governance and to the office team for their tireless efforts in ensuring that the charity’s services remain credible and aligned with our strategic goals as outlined in the Bible, trust deed, and church vision.
