**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY ARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF WESTMINSTER AND SURROUNDING AREAS ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT") PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH INHABITANTS WHO ARE YOUNG PEOPLE: (A) TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE. (B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THOSE LIVING IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.(C) TO PROVIDE THE RELIEF OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS OF THOSE LIVING IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.

**Activities:** The Avenues Youth Project provides out of school hours activities for children and young people aged 11 -25.We provide a range of informal educational opportunities including music, arts, crafts, dance, drama, discussion, radio etc. designed to improve the emotional, social and educational welfare of the young people who attend the project.
