**Objects:** The company?s objects are for the public benefit:1. The relief of persons with learning disabilities, their families and carers in particular but not exclusively by the provision of support services including services in the support of residential, respite and other suitable forms of care, support, education and work opportunities and by the promotion of the awareness of the needs of such persons; and2. The promotion of the effective use of charitable resources by the provision of services to organisations involved in the relief of persons with learning disabilities, their families and carers; and the company can do all other things that are incidental or conducive to its objects or any of them.Nothing in the Articles shall authorise an application of the property of the Company for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005

**Activities:** The Thera Group of companies supports people with a learning disability. It employs staff who support people in their own home, in their local community and for short breaks.  Thera also provides financial advocacy and quality assurance services; as well as developing and running social enterprises.
