The Relief Of Needs, In Particular But Not Exclusively, For Those Of West African Origin And Over 50 Years Of Age, Through The Provision Of A Support Centre And Services For Those In Need Of Them.4. To Support Other Charitable Purposes, As The Trustees Shall From Time To Time Determined, In Particular By Making Grants Or Donations To Such Other Charitable Institutions Which Are Advancing Education, Religion And The Relief Of Poverty.
