## Activities

**Objects:** To promote and protect the physical and mental health of visually impaired people in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and neighbouring boroughs by means of, but not exclusively, signposting, advice, assistance, recreational and leisure time activities.

**Activities:** We organise several outings each year for our visually-impaired members, hold monthly social evenings, with talks and  quizzes, and arrange regular hydrotherapy sessions for interested members. We run an advice line & offer support to our members as well as a drop-in information service at our offices.
