**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE OPEN SPACE KNOWN AS HIGH HAZELS PARK FOR RECREATION, PLAY AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL THE INHABITANTS OF DARNALL AND DISTRICTS WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF AGE, CREED, DISABILITY, RELIGIOUS, POLITICAL OR OTHER OPINION, SEX OR SEXUAL ORIENTATION AND TO WORK WITH THE LOCAL AUTHORITY AND VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS TO MANAGE AND MAINTAIN THE PARK FOR THE SAID PURPOSE.

**Activities:** To promote the open space known as High Hazels Park for recreation,play and other leisure-time occupation for the benefit of all the inhabitants of Darnall and district without distinction of age,creed,disability,religious,political or other opinion,sex or sexual orientation and to work with the local authority and other organisations to manage and maintain the park for the said purpose.
