effethe control of PRT wrth PFBC I￿0)mIng Ihe sole member of PRT and some TnJstÈes of PF8C joining the
txjard ol PRT creating an effectNe majorty. The management of PRT was then transferred from Ihe PRT
management team to the managenRnl tearn of PFBC. Thi5 a￿ar￿Jement continued through the 2017118
financial year. OuriThJ the same period, Ihe Trustees of PRT and PFBC décbjed Ihat the most èllecbve way to
continue wrth their work would be for The Prir￿'S F￿ndalK￿. fofft*rly The &eat Steward ol Scouand's
