**Objects:** FOR THE REHABILITATION OF PRISONERS IN THE UK AND IN THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND, THEREBY REDUCING THE LIKELIHOOD OF THEM COMMITTING FURTHER OFFENCES, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY : (1) THE PROVISION OF FREE EDUCATIONAL AND ACADEMIC LITERATURE APPROVED BY THE TRUSTEES TO SERVING PRISONERS, PARTICULARLY TO THOSE STUDYING OPEN UNIVERSITY COURSES AND FOR OTHER RECOGNISED QUALIFICATIONS; (11) ENABLING PRISONERS TO TAKE AN ACTIVE INTEREST IN THE PURSUIT OF KNOWLEDGE WHICH MAY IMPROVE THEIR CHANCES OF FINDING WORK OR PURSUING FULL-TIME EDUCATION UPON RELEASE; (111) THE PROVISION OF SUITABLE EDUCATIONAL COURSE DETAILS TO SERVING PRISONERS; (IV) FUNDING ANY LEGITIMATE REASONABLE EDUCATIONAL NEED OF ANY SERVING PRISONERS UNABLE TO PAY FOR THEMSELVES; (V) LIAISING AND CO-OPERATING WITH OTHER ORGANISATIONS OPERATING IN FURTHERANCE OF THE OBJECTS.
