The teaching was provid¢d by a Yariety of difftrent people including Revd Dr Andy Goodliff who focused on Baptist Roots, Revd Dr SElly Mann who focused her se55ion on doing ministry differently within a ehanging financial landscape, Dr Jonas Kurlberg wbose sesgion was on the changing digitAI landscape and Revd Lisa Kerry who focused on bcing roote47 in Cbri5t. This training has been developed to raise the issues around diversity pnd equality. In April a tra￿Illg day for mentors held and was attended by 10 iDdivÈduals. Ellgi£ement in Project Violet- Project Violet is a Tes¢arcb project that investigated women's experi¢ntes ID trtiriistry with the results being published durin(y 2024. The research provided us with some stark realities and recott]mer.datioJ]s for ¢hang¢. Durino 2024 the association contillued with their coimnitments against L4e recommenaations for change inclJding identifying 3 iDdividuals to take p￿t in the nexl round of "Ma&ni* You" arkd aweing review potnts for accountability during the year to ensure we are staying tN¢ to our commitn¢nts.
