**Objects:** (1) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THOSE WITH SPECIAL OR ADDITIONAL NEEDS) IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HARROW AND SURROUNDING AREAS ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT") BY PROVIDING, MANAGING AND MAINTAINING A WEEKEND SCHOOL ("THE SCHOOL") THAT FOCUSES ON THE TEACHING OF HUMAN AND CITIZENSHIP VALUES AND GOOD MORALS;(2) TO PROVIDE AND ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, WHICH MAY INCLUDE A YOUTH CENTRE, AND EXCURSIONS FOR THE RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE OR WHO HAVE BEEN PUPILS AT THE SCHOOL, SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL CAPACITIES, SO THAT THEY MIGHT GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND SO THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED; AND (3) TO FURTHER SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AS THE DIRECTORS OF THE CHARITY MAY DECIDE.

**Activities:** A free Saturday School for 250 pupils from 5 years to 15 years delivering a multi faith, value based spiritual programme. Sai Citizens programme was launched in December 2003 encouraging all pupils to work with local charities and organisations. Sai School youth wing is actively working with disadvantaged children and making a  difference to the local community.
