**Activities:** To relieve the suffering and distress of cats who are in need of care and protection by reason of sickness, neglect or maltreatment, through the provision of a rescue and rehoming service, a sanctuary for the temporary or permanent accommodation of such cats through the spaying and neutering of domestic and feral cats.
