   1. There are 4 trustees (President/Vice-President/Treasurer/General Secretary). In line with the governing document, every trustee must be appointed for a two-year period and eligible for re-election with no restrictions in the length of service, (as long as the strict criterion for trustees continues to be met). 

   2. In selecting individuals for appointment as trustees, the trustees must have regard to the skills, knowledge and experience needed for the effective administration of the charity

The charity has had a successfully year raising donations from the UK public. These donations sustain the charity, in terms of programme expenditure, payments towards operating costs(light/heating/water). In addition, Al Raza foundation has held numerous programmes for the community to cater for all demographics.
