**Objects:** To promote activities that have a proven beneficial effect on health for people living within the borough of Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas who have an established diagnosis of heart disease and/or cardiopulmonary disease, by providing facilities for condition-specific monitored exercise in a safe, friendly and supportive environment, so that members may continue to live independent lives.

**Activities:** To relieve suffering and sickness and to provide facilities for exercise, recreation or leisure time activities with the aim of improving the conditions of life of people living within the borough of Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas who have an established diagnosis of ischemic heart disease and/or cardiopulmonary disease.
