To manage and maintain Burgh by Sands village Green and Wildlife Area as a sustainable local facility. To encourage use of the village Green and Wildlife Area by local communities for recreation, leisure and educational activity.
Objects: To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Burgh By Sands Parish And Adjoining Parishes By Associating Together The Said Inhabitants And The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interest Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Condition Of Life For The Said Inhabitants
